Sambucus nigra elderflower
This has skin brightening and antiseptic properties which help heal inflamed, chapped skin whilst protecting further infection. It also contains tannins, reputed to have antioxidant and anti ageing benefits. This is especially effective in dry skin conditions
Prunus Dulcis (Almond Oil)
We use almond oil in all of our skincare range as it is a very rich source of antioxidants, Antioxidants are chemicals (both man-made and naturally occurring) that can slow cell damage. Almond oil is very beneficial to the skin as it helps retain moisture levels of the skin and is absorbed readily without blocking the pores.
Pelargonium graveolens (rose geranium)
This essential oil rejuvenates and regenerates the skin. It has a very pleasing floral aroma. This very versatile essential oil is used for treating skin disorders such as excessively dry skin (eczema) or oily skin. The antiseptic and anti microbial properties of rose geranium oil heal and protect the skin and assists in regulating the secretion of sebum and retains the natural oil and moisture content of the skin.
